Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join our team at Marriott International. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every drink order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer guest questions regarding wine origin, vintage, and style.
  • Check and maintain stock and supplies, requisitioning as needed.
  • Perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock and communicate last call at designated closing time.
  • Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles, counting bank at end of shift.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
