Territory Expansion Manager

Job Summary
The Territory Expansion Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in assigned markets and accounts. This role requires strong negotiation skills, professional selling skills, and the ability to coach and develop frontline sales teams for improved execution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of developing new business and turning around underperforming territories. A college degree or above is required, and proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred. Strong data analysis skills and a passion for learning are also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Merchandising
- Sell new products, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to key accounts and distributors.
- Ensure 'Gold Merchandising Standard' compliance in assigned territories.
- Discuss and provide potential lists of accounts for direct service from DC.
- Expand market footprint by opening new stores.
- Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for AU support.
Coaching
- Work with MDs to coach and provide one-on-one feedback to frontline sales teams.
- Conduct effective weekly meetings with teams.
