Senior Procurement Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice on procurement, including direct and indirect sourcing, supplier management, procurement strategy, and monthly report development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate vendors to source and procure materials, supplies, and equipment required for daily business operations.
- Develop and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing for the company.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce procurement expenses while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures for the company.
- Guide the bidding process to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Contract management to ensure timeliness and integrity.
- Change management to control the change process and ensure compliance with client regulations.
- Timely update of monthly purchasing reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any engineering discipline or equivalent.
- 10+ years' experience in pharma fields leading procurement/supply chain activities for new built projects in Asia.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities, including highly developed written communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade others.
