Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager to join our team and lead our Excipients procurement strategy. This is a critical role that will drive financial performance, risk management, and procurement fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a category strategy that delivers 3.5% YoY gross delivery over and above market inflation/deflation.
  • Implement derisking programs through dual sourcing and regional derisking in response to evolving geopolitical situations.
  • Lead a team and partner with suppliers and sites to ensure security of supply of Excipients and Raw Materials across the supply network.
  • Drive category strategies and deliver balanced scorecards on quality improvement, sustainability, environmental/regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with suppliers to bring external market insights and innovations.
Innovation & Growth
  • Partner with OTC and Oral Health to build a best-in-class innovation pipeline to address unmet business needs and support Haleon's growth ambition.
  • Develop a sound understanding of marketing drivers for the Category and become an expert in technology areas in OTC & Oral Care that will shape the future of the Category.
  • Support OTC & Oral Health innovation projects by collaborating with R&D, Marketing, internal & external Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and others.
