We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team at a bilingual school in Beijing's Yi Zhuang district.

Job Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students aged 2-5. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
  • Utilizing a range of teaching methods and resources to promote language development and cognitive growth
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten students
  • Excellent English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • A teaching license and a passion for working with young learners
What We Offer

  • A monthly salary of 28,000 to 38,000 RMB before tax
