Role Overview

Teach Around Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood English Instructor to join our team in Beijing (Changping District). As an ESL Specialist for Young Learners, you will play a crucial role in shaping the English language skills of our kindergarten students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of our young learners.
  • Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that fosters language acquisition and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded educational experience for our students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Subject area: English
  • Work hours: 7:50 AM - 5:10 PM from Monday - Friday with a one-hour break for lunch.
  • Class size: 20-30 students

Requirements

  • Two years of previous English teaching experience in a kindergarten or English training school, or TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with young children and promoting their language development.
  • A flexible and creative approach to teaching.
