Job Title: Kindergarten English Language Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ESL Teacher to join our international kindergarten in Beijing (Changping District). As an ESL teacher in our dynamic learning environment, you will play a crucial role in providing a solid foundation in English language skills to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for kindergarten students.
  • Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that promotes language acquisition and social development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic and well-rounded educational experience for students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Subject to teach: English
  • Work hours: 7:50 AM - 5:10 PM from Monday - Friday - one hour break for lunch.
  • Student age: 2.5 - 6 years old.
  • Class size: 20-30 students
Requirements:
  • Two years previous English teaching experience in a kindergarten or English training school, or TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with young children and fostering their language development.
  • A flexible and creative approach to teaching.
