We are seeking a highly qualified Economics Teacher to join our team at a prestigious international school in Foshan, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics and experience teaching in an international setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging economics lesson plans, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver lessons, assessments, and evaluations, adhering to the school's curriculum and standards.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas of difficulty, and provide targeted support and guidance.
- Participate in staff development activities, share best practices, and contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning.
- Administer and mark student assessments, providing constructive feedback and evaluating student performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.
- Contribute to school events and activities, supporting the school's mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching economics in an international school setting is highly desirable.
- Teaching certification or qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
