Job Title: Director Clinical Product Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Clinical Product Solutions team, driving the development of innovative solutions to address high unmet needs in the clinical diagnostics market.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a product and business owner for LC-MS/MS instrument solutions specific for clinical diagnostics and therapeutic areas.
  • Develop comprehensive target product profiles through qualitative and quantitative market and customer requirement assessments.
  • Lead the development of business cases for new product solutions or product enhancements.
  • Partner with the Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality departments for successful clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and clearance to enable the launch of new solutions to the market.
  • Define and implement New Product Launch strategies, partnering with field marketing, sales, and service management teams to establish and implement commercial launch plans.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BSc in a Scientific field or equivalent.
  • MBA is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in LC/MS product management is required.
  • IVD experience is desirable.
  • Experience in a product management, business development, sales, or other customer-facing role in clinical diagnostic market is highly desired.
Key Skills:
  • LC/MS and IVD/Medical Device Project Management.
  • Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Deep understanding of Waters' clinical products.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills.
