Job Summary:

As a Field Clinical Specialist II at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a key role in providing education and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on our investigational products and procedures. This includes conducting one-on-one training sessions, in-service structured education programs, and validating software and hardware updates in the field. You will also be responsible for ensuring continuity of education and technical support throughout commercial procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials, and training tools based on clinical trial experience.

• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures.

• Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts and provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists.

• Validate software and hardware updates in the field and ensure proper implementation of new technologies.

• Collaborate with Business Managers to upsell in key strategic accounts, learn the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications, and "language" of the market and Edwards Lifesciences, and fully monitor clinical support activities and changes in the market and assigned accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in a related medical device and/or clinical environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and adherence to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules.

Preferred Skills:

• Training experience in a clinical or technical environment, proven expertise in MS Office Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
