Responsibilities:
1. Execute strategic plans for assignedproduct line(s) in designated region(s), focusing on
complex deals and instrumental support foroverall sales success.
2. Provide pre-sales marketing support,collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
3. Cultivate a deep understanding of localmarkets and competition dynamics.
4. Work closely with Business Developmentteams to contribute to effective local market
strategies, with a particular focus oncomplex deals and instrument sales.
5. Collaborate with central marketing todevelop and execute impactful local marketing tactics.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets,emphasizing proficiency in handling complex deals and
promoting instrument sales.
7. Enhance personal competencies throughcontinuous learning and training initiatives.
8. Identify, establish, and nurturerelationships with key opinion leaders.
9. Endorse Siemens solutions throughpersonal contributions, such as publications, seminar
speeches, and collaborations.
10. Conduct comprehensive trainingsessions for internal and external stakeholders.
11. Collaborate with Business Developmentteams to address practical issues and contribute to
the optimization of local strategies.
12. Undertake individual projects or tasksassigned by supervisor or company, ensuring personal
success in alignment with overallobjectives.
Requirements:
• At least min 5years in marketing, familiar with healthcare industry.
• Good experiencein marketing within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics
products and its major feastures,applications and advantages. Adequate marketing experience and
proven success record.
• The ability touse different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
• Effectivecommunication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork.
• Is highlycomputer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applicationsin particular expert knowledge of Excel.
• Has a thoroughknowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
• Goodunderstanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
• Good planning andorganization skills.
• Negotiationskills.
• Universitydegree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences.
