Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Sales Professional to join our team in Chengdu, China. In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic plans for assigned product lines, providing pre-sales marketing support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute strategic plans for assigned product lines, focusing on complex deals and instrumental support for overall sales success.
- Provide pre-sales marketing support, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of local markets and competition dynamics.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to contribute to effective local market strategies, with a particular focus on complex deals and instrument sales.
- Collaborate with central marketing to develop and execute impactful local marketing tactics.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, familiar with the healthcare industry.
- Good experience in marketing within the diagnostics industry, adequate knowledge of diagnostics products, and their major features, applications, and advantages.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face-to-face.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and good teamwork.
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly expert knowledge of Excel.
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- University degree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences.
