Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at BALENCIAGA FASHION SHANGHAI CO. LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and provide high-quality feedback to the Management Team
  • Deal with client requests and complaints, and report to the Management Team
  • Work closely with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
  • Stay informed on market trends and business environment
  • Inspire clients by embodying the Balenciaga behaviors and provide seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey
  • Present Balenciaga universe and signature, and give tailor-made advice to clients
  • Maintain display and organization of all areas, and execute product presentation guidelines
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing the standards of Balenciaga services, image, and values
  • Create and update the client portfolio, and follow up through Luce app
  • Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
