About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock. This includes receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process merchandise in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
  • Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and faced on the sales floor
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Assist with inventory management and counting

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
