About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and sales floor organization.
  • Stockroom: Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations, including receiving, stocking, and processing merchandise.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Identify and report any potential security risks or inventory discrepancies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, store operations, and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
