About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Stores in Tianyi Square. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales goals and implement company initiatives

Requirements
  • 1+ year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
