Position Overview
As a key player in our retail environment, you will take on multiple roles to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
Responsibilities as a Business Developer
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and performance indicators.
- Address and escalate client inquiries and concerns to management as necessary.
- Deliver insightful feedback on client interactions to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with client demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
Role as a Brand Ambassador
- Engage clients by exemplifying the core values of BALENCIAGA.
- Facilitate a seamless omnichannel experience for clients.
- Articulate the BALENCIAGA brand narrative, including collection details and inspirations.
- Provide personalized recommendations, attentively listening to client needs.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards across all display areas.
- Implement product presentation protocols effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to BALENCIAGA's service standards and values.
- Maintain and update the client database, utilizing relevant tools.
- Foster genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, from initial greeting to post-purchase support.
- Adhere to corporate guidelines regarding client engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Engage with internal and external partners with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Support colleagues in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving collective goals.
- Contribute to sustainability efforts within the organization.
Operational Support
- Perform essential front-of-house and back-of-house tasks independently.
- Process client transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Promote and facilitate omnichannel services within the store.
- Manage store deliveries and logistics effectively.
- Ensure compliance with retail excellence standards in all operational processes.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
After Sales Responsibilities
