Position Overview

As a key player in our retail environment, you will take on multiple roles to enhance the client experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities as a Business Developer

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Address and escalate client inquiries and concerns to management as necessary.
  • Deliver insightful feedback on client interactions to the management team.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with client demands.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Role as a Brand Ambassador

  • Engage clients by exemplifying the core values of BALENCIAGA.
  • Facilitate a seamless omnichannel experience for clients.
  • Articulate the BALENCIAGA brand narrative, including collection details and inspirations.
  • Provide personalized recommendations, attentively listening to client needs.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards across all display areas.
  • Implement product presentation protocols effectively.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to BALENCIAGA's service standards and values.
  • Maintain and update the client database, utilizing relevant tools.
  • Foster genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, from initial greeting to post-purchase support.
  • Adhere to corporate guidelines regarding client engagement and loyalty initiatives.

Team Collaboration

  • Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Engage with internal and external partners with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
  • Support colleagues in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving collective goals.
  • Contribute to sustainability efforts within the organization.

Operational Support

  • Perform essential front-of-house and back-of-house tasks independently.
  • Process client transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Promote and facilitate omnichannel services within the store.
  • Manage store deliveries and logistics effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with retail excellence standards in all operational processes.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.

After Sales Responsibilities

  • Implement omnichannel after-sales policies, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to store leadership regarding operational performance.
