About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Seller Consultant to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Ningbo Branch] - K16.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a Category Recruitment Strategy
- Analyze the competitive landscape to define new products' value proposition
Recruit and Support Sellers
- Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans
Consult with Partners
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide consulting advice to grow their business
Feedback and Project Coordination
- Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases
- Coordinate and lead projects with cross-function teams and deliver results with stakeholders
Location Options
- Hangzhou or Ningbo, China
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of inside sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies or equivalent
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
Estimated Salary:
RMB 200,000 - RMB 300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
