Job Description

This Sales and Business Development Professional will play a key role in achieving the company's sales targets by building strong relationships with existing and new customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD A STRONG PIPELINE IN SALES FORCE: Establish a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Achieve the yearly targets set up together with management.
  • Detailed Responsibilities:
    • BUILD UP AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE IN SALES FORCE: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities in accordance with company guidelines.
    • MINIMUM SALES MEETINGS PER WEEK: Meet the minimum number of sales meetings per week as per company guidelines (subject to change).
    • Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers.
    • All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force.
    • Plan sales activities in advance to ensure efficient and effective time management.
    • Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (dashboard) to management.
    • List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Claim customers timely and in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues.
    • Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness.
    • Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.
    • Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English language.
