Job Description
This Sales and Business Development Professional will play a key role in achieving the company's sales targets by building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- BUILD A STRONG PIPELINE IN SALES FORCE: Establish a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities in accordance with company guidelines.
- Achieve the yearly targets set up together with management.
- Detailed Responsibilities:
- BUILD UP AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE IN SALES FORCE: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities in accordance with company guidelines.
- MINIMUM SALES MEETINGS PER WEEK: Meet the minimum number of sales meetings per week as per company guidelines (subject to change).
- Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers.
- All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force.
- Plan sales activities in advance to ensure efficient and effective time management.
- Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (dashboard) to management.
- List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Claim customers timely and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues.
- Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines.
- Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness.
- Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English language.
