**Job Title:** Sales Team Lead
**About Us:** 911Signal is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year
**Job Description:
Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Assist in identifying market needs and trends, focusing on target markets, monitoring competitors' sales promotion and activities.
- Departmental Meetings: Attend regularly scheduled S&M Departmental meetings.
- Sales Trips: Participate in sales trips and promotional events within trade-related organizations as necessary.
- Guest Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with all guests.
- Account Management: Maintain account, contact, activity, and business details within the system.
- Guest Service: Ensure delivery of expected guest service through follow-up and coordination with other departments.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years related sales experience.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- University degree.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Positive attitude under pressure, aggressive, initiative, self-confident.
