Strategic Business Development Manager, CN2US NSR

The role of Senior Business Growth Consultant at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Ningbo Branch] - K16 is to drive new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces, analyzing traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies or equivalent.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
