Global E-commerce Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Global E-commerce Strategy Consultant to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Ningbo Branch]. This role will focus on recruiting top brands and manufacturers for Amazon's NA/EU/JP markets, helping them grow on the platform.
Key Responsibilities- To identify and recruit CN top brands and manufacturers for Amazon NA/EU/JP, and support their growth on Amazon
- To proactively explore potential business development opportunities for brand/manufacturer recruitment
- To assist sellers in resolving issues and mitigating blockers for both launch and post-launch phases
- To investigate category growth opportunities and become a subject matter expert
- To take ownership of internal projects and drive success on a team and broader scope
The OB team is a new strategic seller recruitment team under NSR, focusing on recruiting CN top/emerging brands and high-quality manufacturers and supporting their success on Amazon (NA/EU/JP).
Requirements- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of inside sales experience, influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, and exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach
