Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will take on the role of a Business Developer.

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives, both quantitative and qualitative, while adhering to KPIs.
  • Address and report all client inquiries and complaints to the Management Team.
  • Provide insightful feedback regarding client interactions to the Management Team.
  • Collaborate closely with the stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
  • Stay informed about market trends, fashion developments, and the overall business landscape.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Inspire clients by exemplifying the core values of Balenciaga.
  • Ensure a seamless omnichannel client experience.
  • Present the Balenciaga brand and its unique narrative, detailing collections and inspirations when necessary.
  • Offer personalized advice, attentively listening to client expectations and fulfilling their requests.
  • Maintain the display and organization of all areas in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Implement product presentation guidelines effectively.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction by consistently upholding Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
  • Create and update the client portfolio, utilizing the Luce app for follow-ups.
  • Foster authentic and long-term relationships with clients, from the initial welcome to after-sales support.
  • Adhere to guidelines provided by headquarters regarding the client journey and loyalty initiatives.

Team Collaboration

  • Deliver the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
  • Engage with all internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
  • Facilitate teamwork by assisting colleagues to enhance client experiences and achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to sustainability objectives.

Operational Support

Perform regular front-of-house activities and key back-of-house duties independently.

  • Process client transactions at the cash desk, including in-store and remote sales.
  • Promote and execute omnichannel services within the store.
  • Receive and manage store deliveries efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize shipments to clients.
  • Execute and monitor all processes related to Retail Excellence, both front and back of house.
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management.

After Sales Responsibilities

  • Implement omnichannel after-sales policies, ensuring the highest standards and managing administrative follow-ups.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Director or Operations Manager.
