Senior Business Development Manager

The Sales Consultant role at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Ningbo Branch] - K16 is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and a passion for driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new sellers to join our platform, providing them with expert guidance and support to help them succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a category recruitment strategy to attract new sellers and drive business growth.
- Identify and recruit sellers of various types, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large retailers, to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Provide consulting advice to Amazon's partners to help them grow their business and improve their performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and feed back lessons learned to other teams within Amazon worldwide.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience.
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies or equivalent.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
