Warehouse Assistant

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.
Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and sales floor organization.
- Stockroom: Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Communication: Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales floor and stockroom operations.
- Asset Protection and Shrink: Maintain a secure and organized stockroom environment to prevent shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management, customer service, and store operations.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
