Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales department to achieve annual department budget
  • Smooth communication with client representatives in various regions
  • Ensure customer's satisfaction
  • Develop SOP regarding order flow and documentation based on Ningbo EPZ regulations and client requirements
  • Mapping out related KPI to tracking performance accordingly
  • Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructions
  • Co-operate and negotiate with service providers to ensure service quality and reasonable rates;
  • Cost control in line with project overall target
  • Involved A/R and A/P issue to ensure health FIN condition
  • Team management such as job allocation, set objectives, motivate team members
  • Monitor team performance and improvement solution if needed
  • Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client
  • Enough training on subordinates and other cross functional colleagues if need

Requirements:

  • Communication L4; Strong communication skill, service etiquette and real;
  • Customer Service L4; Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;

  • Education & Training University degree or above
  • Experience 7+ year work experiences in same industry with warehouse management function, background for global 3PL/forwarder will be preferred;
  • Personal Characteristics Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience
