Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Solutions Manager to join our team at DSV. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales departments to achieve annual department budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing SOPs regarding order flow and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales departments to achieve annual department budgets
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop SOPs regarding order flow and documentation
- Map out related KPIs to track performance
- Proactive problem-solving and lead handling
- Cost control and team management
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-disciplined and good time management
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Result-oriented and able to use resources to achieve goals
Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- 7+ years of work experience in warehouse management and customer service
- Knowledge of international forwarding and strong operational skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Skills in MS-Office software
