Job Summary

TÜV Rheinland is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the project team in preparing and updating project documentation, including test plans, quotations, and project reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, including order creation, document preparation, and sample handling.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
