As a Project Coordinator at TÜV Rheinland, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, creating test plans, managing projects, and reviewing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Creating test plans and managing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Reviewing reports and providing feedback to ensure that projects are meeting their objectives.
- Supporting the product lines for project controlling, including order creation, document preparation, sample handling, and payment monitoring.
- Order maintenance and update, ensuring timely completion of projects to product quality and improving customer satisfaction.
- Supporting PEs daily work, cooperating within project teams and other teams, and improving lead time and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1 year of relevant working experience, with preference given to those with experience in toys or chemical testing.
- Command of English and proficiency in MS tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Team player spirit and customer service orientation.
