Senior Customer Service Assistant
Mapletree is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Ning Bo, China.
The Role
This position will play a key role in enhancing shoppers' experiences through exceptional customer service at our assigned property.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional mall concierge services to our valued customers.
- Attend to shoppers' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in loyalty programs and mall redemption programs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers and manage sales effectively.
- Encourage and influence a good service mindset within the CS team, promoting positive behavior and excellence.
- Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service, to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department.
- Conduct service, grooming, and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters to maintain high standards.
- Respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
