Job Summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stock.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting, reconciling, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
