Safety and Compliance Specialist

You will be part of our Quality, Safety and Health, Environment, Security team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of no harm to people and the environment.
Your primary objective is to ensure that all EHS legislations and quality requirements along with our management system are followed in all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement, monitor and track QSHE targets and programs including KN Solutions to support business growth strategy and customer implementation, ensuring optimal use of QSHE system tools (digitalization).
- To ensure processes from the integrated management system (QMS) and Corporate Guidelines are implemented and maintained on all levels of the organization.
- To plan and drive internal audits/site inspections to ensure ISO requirements and local procedures are met
- To support and participate in external audits such as third-party (customers and suppliers), regulatory audits etc., ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- To lead and support investigations of QSHE incidents (H+S, quality issues etc.).
- To support in risk analysis (e.g. safety risk assessment, security gap analysis), then develop and propose preventive measures through proper CAPA management and trainings.
- To monitor activities, follow-up and escalate poor QSHE performance to relevant stakeholders for continual improvement.
- To review and update Business Continuity Management and Plans.
Requirements:
- Skills and knowledge of QSHE, along with internal and external stakeholder relationships, will be the key to your success.
- You have been selected for this role for your knowledge across our operations, products and services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
