CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate drawing numbers and verify production details to manufacture components;
2. Maintain comprehensive records for shift exchanges and production data management;
3. Oversee the smooth operation of machine tools, monitoring production processes and addressing operational issues;
4. Resolve minor issues that arise during machining operations;
5. Conduct inspections of processes and parts, ensuring output meets quality standards and production targets;
6. Assist in the trial runs of new components.

Job Requirements:
1. Vocational education in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating milling machines, with proficiency in English interface;
3. Willingness to work in shifts;
4. Strong understanding of technical drawings, machining processes, cutting techniques, and milling machine structures; capable of using basic measuring tools;
5. Familiarity with stainless steel machining processes;
6. Knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens operating systems.
