CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate drawing numbers and verify production details to manufacture components;
2. Maintain thorough shift handover and production data records;
3. Oversee smooth operation of machine tools, monitoring production processes and addressing operational issues;
4. Diagnose and resolve basic machining problems;
5. Conduct inspections of processes and parts, ensuring output meets quality standards;
6. Assist in trial runs for new components.

Job Requirements:
1. Vocational education in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating milling machines, with proficiency in English interface;
3. Willingness to work in shifts;
4. Knowledgeable in technical drawings, machining processes, cutting techniques, and milling machine structures; proficient in basic measuring tools;
5. Familiar with stainless steel machining characteristics;
6. Experience with Heidenhain or Siemens operating systems.
