Sourcing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Director to join our team in China. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing strategy for sports footwear and textiles.

About You:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Strong knowledge of footwear and textile manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Ability to travel frequently within China and occasionally internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

What We Offer:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. A competitive salary package, including benefits and bonuses, will be offered to the successful candidate.
