Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at 152 Flextronics Medical Molding (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in Baoan, Shenzhen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new products, from design to production launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track new product development from product import, mold manufacturing, DFM, inspection, and certification to batch production start-up.
- Review customer drawings and part-related information, and prepare feedback.
- Generate operation manuals (WI.MEI, etc.) for assigned projects to facilitate production tracking.
- Conduct/coordinate evaluation tests on molding machines, prepare necessary reports and feedback to confirm suitability for batch production.
- Support the production department in resolving daily issues, propose and follow up on process improvements for lean production.
- Coordinate and track technical activities for assigned projects.
- Generate ECNs and ECRs as needed and follow up on implementation.
- Assist the quotation project manager in providing technical references for new quotations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the plastic injection molding field.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot process issues with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork spirit and positive work attitude.
- Basic written English skills.
- Experience with multi-cavity tools, such as 16-cavity and 32-cavity, is preferred.
- Experience in medical products is preferred.
