Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Faurecia, you will be responsible for planning and implementing new products and/or changing manufacturing process procedures. You will provide manufacturing engineering support to the quality department and UAP department, reviewing current procedures for safety, quality, and productivity.

You will lead or support related continuous improvement work, including process flow chart, PFMEA, layout, internal MIFD, station balance, product VAVE, equipment comprehensive utilization, and ergonomics. You will participate in Hoshin and continuous improvement events according to task requirements.

You will plan and implement changes to new products and/or manufacturing processes, proposing plans based on value analysis and other technologies, including PFMEA and control plans, as required by the customer.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in science and engineering or above, or at least 3 years of work experience as a process technician. You will have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry.

You will be familiar with basic knowledge of PPAP and APQP, able to use quality analysis tools such as SPC, DOE, 8D, etc. You will have good command of English expression, good computer operation skills, and good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
