Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1、Plan and implement new products and/or change manufacturing process procedures；计划和实施新产品和/或更改制造工艺程序；

2、Provide manufacturing engineering support to the quality department and UAP department；向质量部门和 UAP部门提供提供制造工程支持；

3、Review current procedures and procedures for safety, quality and productivity；审查当前安全、质量和生产率的程序和步骤；

4、Lead or support related continuous improvement work, including but not limited to: Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout / Internal MIFD / Station Balance / Product VAVE / Equipment Comprehensive Utilization / Ergonomics, etc；主导或支持相关的持续改进工作，包括但不限于： Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout / 内部MIFD / 工位平衡/ 产品VAVE /设备综合利用率 /人机工程等；

5、Participate in Hoshin and continuous improvement events according to the requirements of the task；按任务要求参与 Hoshin 和持续改进事件；

6、planning and implementing changes to new products and/or manufacturing processes；计划和实施新产品和/或制造工艺方面的更改；

7、Propose plans based on value analysis and other technologies, including PFMEA and control plans, as required by the customer；按照客户要求，基于价值分析和其它技术，包括 PFMEA 和控制计划提出计划；

8、Leading the company's continuous improvement activities through value analysis, the latest manufacturing/mold making technologies；通过价值分析，最新制造/模具制作技术领导公司的持续改进活动；

9、Responsible for product or equipment changes resulting from engineering changes；负责工程更改所带来的产品或设备更改；

10、Responsible for the timely updating of the documents responsible for the ME；负责对ME负责的文件及时进行更新

11、Responsible for the process engineering of the new project start-up phase；负责新项目投产阶段的工艺工程工作

12、Preparation of documents for the planning and design of equipment for in-situ inspection inspection；准备文件，为就地检验检查设备计划和设计。

13、Training supervises processes and other processes as required；训练按要求监管工艺及其它工序。

14、The implementation of the FES system in the process engineering department to ensure that key indicators are achieved；工艺工程部门FES体系的执行，确保关键指标达成；

15、Other matters arranged by the leader；领导安排的其他事项；

16、Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Management is the basic code of business conduct and ethical and governance guidelines that bind itself and its partners；以佛吉亚的道德规范和管理规范为基本商业行为准则和道德及管理指南约束自身及合作伙伴

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree or above；大学本科以上学历

Experience：

1、bachelor's degree in science and engineering or above, or at least 3 years of work experience as a process technician；理工类专业至少学士学位，或者作为工艺技术员至少 3 年的工作经验；

2、Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry；在汽车行业至少 2 年的工作经验

Skills and competencies：

3、Familiar with the basic knowledge of PPAP and APQP；熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识；

4、Able to use quality analysis tools such as SPC, DOE, 8D, etc.；能够使用SPC、DOE、8D等质量分析工具；

5、Able to use general graphics software for structural and process analysis, such as UG, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.；能够运用通用图形软件进行结构及加工艺分析，如UG、AutoCAD、CATIA等；

6、Good command of English expression；良好的英语表达能力

7、Good computer operation skills, familiar with office software；良好的计算机操作能力, 熟悉办公软件

8、Good communication skills and sense of responsibility；良好的沟通能力和责任感
