Industrial Engineering Manager

About the Role:
Hasbro is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to join our team and drive process improvements across our supply chain. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing Lean methodology and Design to Value principles to optimize our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic plans to improve labor efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity across our manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with brand/product marketing, product development, sourcing, and costing/finance teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective change.
- Facilitate Kaizen Events: Lead and execute Kaizen events to assess, audit, and evaluate current processes, identify potential gaps and/or waste, and implement effective change to maximize value and reduce variation.
- Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver training programs to all levels of the organization to build skills in Lean management tools and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish Metrics and Report Progress: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure progress and achievements, and report results to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Lean process improvement and project management.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Lean methodology, principles, and tools, including Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Travel: Frequent travel to supplier sites required.
