Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at 148 FLEXTRONICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHEN ZHEN) CO., LTD. in Shenzhen or Zhuhai. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, working closely with our cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital and analog electrical circuits for new products
  • Search and characterize electrical components to meet design requirements and specifications
  • Implement schematic and PCB layout design independently
  • Prepare and maintain design and testing documentation
  • Implement design verification, testing, and improvement through prototype, EVT, and DVT
  • Identify and resolve issues under schedule pressure
  • Support factory NPI teams to transfer design to production in PVT and mass production ramp-up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Strong background in digital and analog circuit design
  • 10+ years of EE hardware design and development experience
  • Proficiency in electronic circuit design software, with Cadence Allegro experience preferred
  • Knowledge of microcontroller applications, relative communication protocols, and programming development and firmware experience preferred
  • Knowledge of general electronic design standards and specifications
  • Familiarity with safety and EMC/EMI requirements and test standards for household appliances and consumer industries
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, with fluent English speaking preferred
  • Strong capability for self-learning and self-motivation in work
