Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to lead our R&D project for HV circuit breaker and switchgear development under the product development workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the project R&D team and ensure coordination of timeline, resource, budget, implementation, and risk management.
  • Prepare R&D project documents, including timeline, instructions, resource plan, development report, etc.
  • Regularly report and clarify key project status to STECO members.
  • Integrate different functions and roles during R&D product development through given timeline.
  • Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, quality, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.
  • Required 3-5 years or above work experience as R&D project manager.
  • Solid knowledge on project management workflow and methods as well as tools.
  • Basic technical knowledge on product development, including mechanical, dielectric, materials, and cost aspects.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and systematic thinking, good communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Strong result-driven, high-quality, and high-speed execution.
  • Good oral, writing, listening English preferred.
