Job Summary

The Graphic Design Specialist will provide graphic design services and deliver solutions executed in digital and print media to support marketing and communications objectives in China. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders on conceptual and stylistic design directions, and ensure that all materials support, reinforce, and align with the Company brand guidelines when working with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Localize Global product launch and campaign assets for use in China, including implementation of translated copy into marketing materials
  • Assist with planning, developing, and executing new global product launch communications materials including digital ads, print ads, sell sheets, and other marketing collateral as required
  • Participate in the development of plans for product promotions in support of key marketing communications objectives
  • Design graphics and images for social media channels such as Wechat posts and H5 page, in support of new product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and trade show vendors on trade show booth graphic designs and layouts
  • Provide guidance to eCommerce partners to create assets for storefront and product pages, in alignment with Shure branding
  • Assist with optimizing Shure China website UX design
  • Assist with creating and updating web content using content management and digital assets management systems
  • Work with local freelance resources and agencies as needed, to deliver creative projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or related field
  • Intermediate English skills required
  • Basic knowledge of print process and technology including pre-press, pre-flight, and print requirements (including sheet-fed, web and digital printing)
  • Knowledge of design principles and concepts
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Experience with web CMS or blog tool is a plus (HTML knowledge/experience not required)
  • Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data
  • Strong attention to detail – visuals, copy and numerical
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Able to master new skills quickly
