Job Title: People Operations Manager

At Tencent, we are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the regional HR operations process delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and undertake global mobility service operation, improve process standardization and drive service globalization.
  • Leverage HR technology and conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead change management efforts related to HR process updates and technology implementations across different countries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of the remote HR shared services team.
  • Partner with Regional SSC Hub teams and other relevant stakeholders to optimize employee experience with onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Establish and monitor service level agreement (SLAs) and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Shared Service center, with specialization in HR Process optimization and digitalization preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, proven ability to drive change management, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in Workday and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
