About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Program Manager to join our Amazon Global Selling team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programs related to existing seller success across established marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems and tools to support CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  • Define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal account management teams and global PM teams to derive initiatives for seller activeness programs.
  • Perform deep dives to derive analytical insights and share data-driven insights to discuss and influence stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
