Strategic Business Operations Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Operations Lead to join our Amazon Global Selling team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programs related to existing Seller success across our established marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive programs to enable faster growth and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal account management teams and global PM team to derive initiatives for Seller activeness programs
- Perform deep dives to derive analytical insights and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
