About the Role

Huntsman's Advanced Materials division is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Improvement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing business change initiatives to support our global customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress, roadblocks, and results.
  • Manage and mitigate any deviations to the initial project budget and costs estimation.
  • Develop and provide training to end-users on new processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in customer experience and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business or significant experience in running customer-facing functions and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of business organization and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to work on deadlines and cope with a highly volatile workload.
  • Strong change management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, mobilize, and get buy-in from team and organization.

Additional Information

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business organization and data analysis, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
