Job Title: Senior Internal Communications Officer

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank AIIB is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Officer to join its Communications Department (COM). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in informing, engaging, and motivating Bank staff through strategic internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans to support organization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Bank leadership and stakeholders to understand their key priorities and craft compelling communications.
  • Oversee the creation of various staff communications, including emails, articles, newsletters, and digital signage.
  • Manage and curate content for diverse communication channels, staying up-to-date with trends, best practices, and data-driven insights.
  • Provide comprehensive support in research, proofreading, editing, and maintaining the quality of communication materials.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of directly relevant experience, with a focus on corporate communications.
  • Experience in the financial services, capital markets, or development sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in team environments, with a strong understanding of diversity and other cultures.
