As a Senior Application Specialist at ZEISS Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and application development for our FIB and electron microscopy technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for our FIB and electron microscopy technologies, including equipment demonstration and sample measurement for sales.
  • Application Development: Develop and maintain product data, create application development plans, and provide multi-directional technical support for sales and market.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the equipment as the tool owner, ensuring it is in optimum condition for demonstrations and customer use.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure their productivity is not impeded.
  • Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training in our FIB technology offerings and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent ZEISS Group at trade shows and conferences to support marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with FIB and electron microscopy technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
