  • Deliver operation training for POC products to customers and business partners
  • Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling from an application perspective
  • Fix incidents with optimized costs and quality
  • Analyze common technical problems and summarize solutions and product data
  • Develop or localize training materials and best practice experiences
  • Communicate with in-company or ex-company experts to keep up-to-date technical skills or messages
  • Achieve company, organizational, and personal goals to ensure business development
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience with a proven good record in IVD Service, POC branch preferred
  • Adequate IT knowledge, including basic network communication, server/client concept, SQL database concept, etc.
  • Good command of computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates
  • Bachelor's degree in technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics
  • Good command of English skill, CET-6 required
