Job Description

As a Senior Staff FA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our high power server technology products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation;
  • Designing and developing forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data;
  • Directing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability;
  • Supporting Design Engineers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality-related issues;
  • Assuring data availability and integrity for all quality-related data; consolidating and reporting quality results;
  • Initiating corrective action requests as needed and tracking to satisfactory completion;
  • Designing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment;
  • Analyzing reports and returned products and recommending corrective action;
  • Providing reliability-specific inputs to system architecture;
  • Running or supporting DFMEA sessions;
  • Ensuring system compliance with reliability budgets, standards, and regulations;
  • Providing reviews to the product design engineer to ensure Design for Reliability;
  • Overseeing product verification and characterization;
  • Providing inputs to product performance verification and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the high power server technology industry;
  • Proficiency in creating and integrating bench programming and test plans;
  • Familiarity with bench test setup equipment (ATE Chroma, Oscilloscopes, Hipot, etc.);
  • Fluency in oral English.
